Where in the world, you may ask, is this fabulous Maweni Farm?

It's in Lushoto District, Tanga Region, 2 km from Soni at about 1300 m altitude. Very soon we will be able to show it on a google map...

Maweni is an old, colonial farm in stunning surroundings in the Usambara Mountains, near Soni and only 20 minutes from Mombo. Located under a vertical cliff among giant rocks (Maweni is Swahili for “by the rocks”), with a lush park-like garden surrounding a pond, in the midst of a scenic valley with small farms growing vegetables, fruit and coffee.
