Yoga instructor Kimberly Ellis Josch comes from California and is now based in Arusha. Having practised yoga for 35 years, she has recently undergone training in Hatha Yoga in Montana. Her style of teaching leans towards Anusara Yoga, which is one of the most popular and fastest growing yoga styles in the world. Its remarkable popularity is due in large part to its uplifting philosophy, epitomized by a "celebration of the heart," that looks for the good in all people and all things. Consequently, students of all levels of ability and yoga experience are honored for their unique differences, limitations, and talents. Anusara, means “flowing with grace,” “going with the flow,” “following your heart”.
Elsie MacRae is a UK trained homeopath and reiki master. She is also a flower essence practicioner working with flower essences from 4 different ranges, Bach's ABF, Australian Living Essences and Californian. These work gently to balance our mental emotional states and enhance well-being. 'Reiki’ means 'universal energy' and is a form of hands on healing which originated in Japan. This energy or 'life force' that flows through us all may become blocked during illness or at times of stress. A reiki treatment assists in clearing these energy blockages and increases the flow of vital force through the body. Participants will have a choice from the selection of therapies she offers.

The weekend package includes accommodation, healthy meals, all yoga and meditation sessions, a choice of reiki, flower essence or homeopathy consultation, sauna and one hour’s massage. Price: 255,000 TSh for 2 days (Friday to Sunday) or 355,000 TSh for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday).
